WE ARE
The Bridge Institute, a nonprofit formerly known as Better Agreements, Inc., is the premier conflict resolution center in Southwest Virginia. We offer mediation services and more, serving the New River and Greater Roanoke Valleys. Our mission is to provide efficient, well-designed processes to prevent violence, resolve disputes, cultivate cooperation, and restore relationships.
CO-PARENTING SEMINARS
Co-parenting is a choice parents make to focus on the needs of their children while parenting from separate homes. Even in the best of circumstances, co-parenting can be difficult due to past hurts and different parenting styles. This four-hour, court-approved parenting class "Two Parents, Two Homes" will equip you with knowledge and skills to co-parent peacefully. You will learn to:

Keep children out of parental conflict

Clarify parenting responsibilities

Identify your child's needs during this transition

Reduce and resolve conflict

Determine financial responsibilities

Improve communication with your children and the other parent

LOCATION: In-person at the Franklin County library in Rocky Mount, VA or virtually on Zoom.
DATES: Offered once monthly. Select your date during registration.
